Yes, subject to prior case review and an agreed shipping route. Please contact us before sending a device internationally.
Which storage devices can be assessed?
DataDoc handles HDDs, SSDs, USB and memory cards, phones, laptops, MacBooks, RAID, NAS and server storage.
How much does the diagnosis cost?
The technical diagnosis is €89 including German VAT where applicable if no follow-up order is placed. If you accept the quotation, diagnosis is included in the stated total and is not charged separately.
Will work start automatically after diagnosis?
No. You receive a fixed-price quotation and work starts only after your explicit approval.
How are recovered files returned?
Depending on volume and protection requirements, data can be delivered via protected download or on a suitable physical storage device.
