When is the diagnosis fee charged?
The €89 fee is charged if you decline the quotation or no follow-up order is placed. If you accept, diagnosis is included in the stated total and is not charged separately; the fixed price is not reduced by €89.
What happens if I decline the quotation?
You may request compliant disposal at no additional charge or return of the submitted hardware for the stated return charge under the applicable terms.
When is the recovery fee due?
The quotation defines the usable recovery result. The success-based recovery fee applies when that agreed result is achieved.
Are international costs included?
No blanket assumption is made. International shipping, customs, return carrier and data carrier costs are agreed and itemised separately.
