After review, DataDoc will provide the appropriate shipping instructions. For shipments from outside Germany, acceptance and costs must be confirmed before dispatch.

Direct online submission is currently limited to Germany. For every other country, use our international enquiry and wait for written acceptance before shipping.

This is not yet a binding transport booking: DataDoc first reviews your information. Shipping instructions and, where applicable, a manually generated DHL label will then be supplied by email. Price, carrier liability and optional transport insurance are confirmed separately. Transport insurance generally covers the material value of the shipment, not the value of stored data.
