If you decline the offer and request return, the domestic standard shipping package costs €29.00 including 19% VAT. This includes the provided DataDoc standard inbound label, secure return packaging and standard return shipping; no separate label charge is added. If you arrange and pay for inbound shipping yourself, a €9.00 gross discount applies: you pay €20.00 including VAT for return packaging and standard return shipping. Your own inbound postage is not reimbursed. If the repair or data recovery is performed, standard shipping is included in the fixed price without an additional charge. Diagnosis/priority remains separate. Standard means one parcel within Germany up to 5 kg and within the permitted standard dimensions. For expressly authorised disposal, DataDoc bears disposal and the standard inbound label costs; diagnosis/priority remains payable. Special shipments, heavier or multiple parcels, courier and international transport require a separate quote and express cost approval before booking. If no device is sent, DataDoc first checks cancellation/refund of the unused label; remaining costs require individual assessment under the agreement and applicable law, with no automatic invoice or claim. These package prices apply to declining the follow-up offer, not as a flat charge for exercising statutory withdrawal rights. Any statutory withdrawal and possible compensation are assessed separately under the legal requirements; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
